30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return (Crucial) Because we operate with multiple distribution centers and global fulfillment partners, we do not have a single return address.

  2. Our team will identify the nearest and most appropriate logistics hub for your specific item and provide you with a dedicated Return Authorization and Address.

  3. Important: Please do not send items to our registered office at Shelton Street. Our headquarters are not equipped to handle physical returns. Unauthorized shipments sent to our office address will be considered invalid and may result in the loss of your refund.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, towels and blankets must be unopened.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Any items sent to our registered headquarters at Shelton Street without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Hygiene Standard For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened textile products (towels, blankets, etc.).
