SECTION 1 - GLOBAL FULFILLMENT & PRICING To ensure the most competitive global pricing for our premium home collections (including towels, candles, blankets, and bath accessories), our products are sourced and shipped from various international fulfillment centers. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Prior Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from our support team (info@riseandprice.com).
Global Return Network: We utilize a network of specialized warehouses. To ensure your return is handled quickly, we will direct you to the most suitable and nearest logistics hub based on your location.
Administrative Office Restriction: Our registered headquarters at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, is an administrative office only. It is strictly not equipped to receive or process physical product returns. Unauthorized shipments sent to this address will not be processed, will be considered lost, and are ineligible for refunds.
SECTION 4 - HYGIENE & SAFETY STANDARDS For the health and safety of our community, textile products including towels and blankets must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Items that show signs of use or have broken seals are not eligible for return or refund. Candles must be unlit and in their original condition.
